Happy are those who trust in the Lord, who rely on the Lord. They will be like trees planted by the streams, whose roots reach down to the water. — Jeremiah 17: 7-8
A Living Legacy: Called to Plant, Called to Grow
What an incredible year of celebrating forty years of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church! The ministries, worship, and outreach are the fruit of the seeds of faith planted by those who came before us. It is time for us to plant new seeds and continue the legacy in generations to come.
This year’s stewardship theme, A Living Legacy: Called to Plant, Called to Grow, invites us to reflect on where we’ve come from, how God is at work among us now, and the future God is calling us to cultivate together.
Your Invitation to Plant and Grow
This stewardship season, we invite you to prayerfully consider your pledge for 2026. Every gift—large or small—is a seed that God can use. Together, we can continue the legacy of faith, hope, and love that has marked Grace Covenant’s ministry for decades. Let us be a congregation that plants abundantly, tends faithfully, and trusts God to give the growth.
With gratitude in Christ, —Rev. Karen Wright, 2026 Generosity Team, and Session of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church

What is Stewardship
Stewardship is our faithful response to God’s abundant gifts. It is more than giving money—it is offering our time, talents, and treasure in gratitude for God’s grace. Just as a tree flourishes when rooted by streams of water, our church thrives when each of us invests in its life and mission. Through stewardship we recognize that all we have belongs to God, and we are called to nurture, grow, and share these gifts for the sake of Christ’s work in the world.
GCPC asks for our pledges now, so that our leadership can plan the program life of the church for the year ahead, and do so with a balanced budget. Making an annual stewardship pledge is a commitment of your financial support for the coming year.
Fulfill your pledge on any schedule that meets your needs – weekly, monthly, quarterly or in one lump sum.
The vitality of our church depends on your ongoing, committed support. This support includes your financial commitment, participation in worship and other congregational activities, including the offering of your time and talent. No matter the size of your gift, we are profoundly grateful for your commitment. Your presence enriches our congregation and strengthens the GCPC community.
