Music at Grace Covenant
Music is one of the very best ways we pray. GCPC celebrates God’s gift of music with 10 ensembles encompassing all ages. Handbell choirs, instrumental ensembles and various vocal choirs provide amazing opportunities for all ability levels. We create the most beautiful music we can because God is worthy of our best efforts. There are no auditions. ALL are invited to participate.
4s-1st graders
Children’s music programs teach age-appropriate musical skills, celebrate faith through music and provide fun fellowship. Our music time includes singing as well as learning to ring handbells and handchimes.
Adult programs provide weekly worship leadership in two styles and special music for important times in the church calendar. There are opportunities for everyone from beginners to professional musicians. We also involve many non-musical volunteers to keep our enormous program organized and running smoothly.
Whether we sing from the choir loft, ring from a table or sing in the most important choir of all—the one sitting in the pews—all of us are transformed and lifted to God in sacred sound.
