Music: The Chancel Choir will share Roger Emerson’s energetic O Sifuni Mungu along with Ken Medema’s Build a Church, and the Charter Ringers will also be part of the morning. O Sifuni Mungu blends English and Swahili in a joyful setting of All Creatures of Our God and King; its title is a call to praise God, carried by driving rhythms and bright, colorful choral writing. Build a Church is an especially good fit as our stewardship season continues, reminding us that the church we build together is ultimately a community shaped by welcome, generosity, faith, and care for one another.
