Guest Preacher: Kevin Johnson. Kevin and his wife Cheryl have been members of Grace Covenant since 1990. Through the years, he has served the church in a variety of roles and currently organizes our monthly Uplift meals and teaches the youth Sunday school class. Kevin is thankful for the love, support and guidance this congregation showed to his daughter Katie Hearn and her husband Brandon through the years and is grateful that it’s continuing to the next generation. Retired from a career as a systems analyst, Kevin serves as a barbecue judge through the Kansas City Barbecue Society (it’s a tough job but …) and loves spending time with his three granddaughters – Mallory, Charlotte and Grace. In his free time, Kevin enjoys spending time in his vegetable garden and baking bread.
