Adult Christian Education - Lent Series
March 1 - March 29, 10:45am
Looking for a meaningful way to deepen faith, stretch your thinking, and connect with others? Join us for one (or both) of our adult education options — each week offers a great on-ramp for newcomers and a rich conversation for longtime members.
BOTH are available through March 29.
- Room 3: Celtic Spirituality History and Practice: Lenten Adult Education Study led by Rev. Karen Wright. History is taken from How the Irish Saved Civilization by Thomas Cahill and Mythical Ireland by Anthony Murphy. Practices come from The Soul’s Slow Ripening by Christine Valters Paintner. March 29: Spiritual Practice of 3 Essential Things - This is a practice to help discern what are the three most important things in this season of your life?
- Worship Reflections (Heartland Hall — Southwest Corner, Every Sunday): A warm, low-pressure, come-as-you-are discussion guided by Adult Ed leaders who help spark conversation. We’ll reflect together on the day’s Scripture readings and sermon notes — no homework, no “right answers,” just honest conversation, listening, and encouragement. Come for one week or both — everyone is welcome!
